★ You must be a citizen of Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, or Azerbaijan, or resident of one of these countries.
★ You should be in the final year of your undergraduate studies, a recent graduate, or currently on a gap year (working professional), with plans to apply to U.S. graduate schools in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
★ Your level of English must be upper-intermediate or higher (equivalent to TOEFL iBT 80+, IELTS 6.5+, or similar).
★ U.S. graduate programs must be your primary focus.
★ You are expected to fully engage in the program by attending all virtual sessions, completing assignments, and actively participating in advising activities. This includes a commitment of minimum 2 hours per week for live online sessions and 3 hours per week for independent asynchronous work.
