Who Can Apply? 
This application form for the Cross-Regional Graduate Students Advising Program 2026 accepts applications only from citizens of the following 11 countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Ukraine.

If you live in one of these countries but are not a citizen, you cannot apply. However, EducationUSA has over 430 advising centers worldwide that can help students from other countries. You can find more information about EducationUSA Advising Centers here.

Eligibility & Program Requirements

To participate, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be a citizen of Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, or Azerbaijan
  • Be in your final year of undergraduate studies, a recent graduate, or a working professional on a gap year
  • Plan to apply to U.S. graduate programs (master’s or PhD) starting in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Have upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency — approximately TOEFL iBT 80+, IELTS 6.5+, Duolingo 110+ or equivalent
  • Have U.S. graduate programs as your primary academic goal
  • Commit to full participation: attending all virtual sessions, submitting assignments on time, and actively engaging
If you are not from one of the listed countries → free advising at any of EducationUSA’s 430+ centers worldwide.

Important Note
Participation in the Cross-Regional GSAP does not guarantee admission to a U.S. graduate program. The program equips you with tools and support to prepare strong applications, but final admission decisions rest with each university.
