About the Speaker: Thomas Merlot has been serving as the Director of the International Involvement Center at Northwest Missouri State University since August 1, 2022. In this role, he leads a dedicated team of five professionals, overseeing key areas such as international student recruitment and enrollment, study abroad programs, and services for international students and scholars.
Prior to his current position, Thomas held a similar leadership role at his alma mater, Missouri Valley College, a private liberal arts institution in Marshall, MO. With a wealth of experience in international education and a passion for supporting global student mobility, Thomas brings unique insights and expertise to the topic of credential evaluation and international admissions.
