- We store your data securely in Ontraport CRM with encryption, access controls, and regular audits.
- In countries requiring data localization, a copy is stored securely within the country per regulation.
- Data is retained for the duration of engagement plus three years; alumni-related data may be stored longer unless you opt out.
- Cross-Border Transfers
- Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where EducationUSA operates.
- We ensure legal safeguards are in place for all international transfers.
