About the Speaker Lance Noe earned his Master’s in Education – TESOL from the University of Wollongong, Australia, and is currently pursuing an Ed.D. at the University of Louisiana Monroe. Since 2016, he has served as the Director of ESL at Troy University. Mr. Noe has taught at all educational levels — from kindergarten to college — and presented at conferences worldwide. He is especially passionate about game theory and activity-based learning.
